Smoked fish rillettes

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g smoked fish (smoked mackerel, smoked eel)
  • 50g crème fraiche
  • 1 tbspn creamed horseradish
  • Small bunch flat leaf parsley finely chopped
  • Soda bread
  • Our Cider Jelly with Sage


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine rillettes ingredients with fork to a rough texture and season.
  2. Spread on small slices of toasted soda bread and garnish with our Cider Jelly with Sage and chopped herbs.  
  3. Can also be served starter style with bread on the side and crunch salad.
